Enduring British pop heroes Squeeze will return to the Royal Albert Hall as part of a tour celebrating the release of From The Cradle To The Grave, their first album of new material since 1998.
Squeeze, whose songs have tenderly and wittily chronicled life and love stretching across four decades, are back on the road together for their first tour in three years to perform songs from the forthcoming new album as well as work from their vast catalogue of hits, including Cool For Cats, Up The Junction and Tempted.
Many of the songs from the new album will feature in Cradle To Grave, a new TV comedy series starring Peter Kay and Lucy Speed based on the life of the band's old friend Danny Baker.
Support on this tour will come from poet and punk godfather Dr John Cooper Clarke, the bard of Salford.
